2022 NCL Ceremony Video Photo Submission

 

Welcome to the photo submission portal for the 2022 NCL Ceremony Video. Please upload all seven photos to a cloud storage folder (preferably Google Drive), and paste the link in the form. The seven photos to be uploaded are as follows:
1. Baby Photo
2. Childhood Photo
3. Middle School Photo
4. Extracurricular Photo
5. Mother-Daughter Photo
6. Family Photo
7. Senior Photo
Lastly, please rename each photo to include the corresponding number of the photo, as well as last and first names. (Format: #_LastName_FirstName.jpg)
Example: Alex Smith’s Family Photo would be named 6_Smith_Alex.jpg
